We want you to love your LEGOLAND New York Resort fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn apparel and the original packing slip into a secure shipping box or mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at the resort, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
